We accept returns only if the product received is damaged, the wrong item is delivered, or a manufacturing defect is found.

Non-Returnable Items
Customized jewelry, personalized products, earrings, and used items cannot be returned.

Refund Process

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect products and depend on stock availability.
Shipping Charges
